GELATO v2.x Ver. 2.1.26070301 has been released.

This update adds new features to make it easier to review and post-process fish behavior simulation results.

Added Output of Fish Passage Counts at User-Defined Cross Sections

When the fish passage counting feature is enabled, the number of fish passing through user-defined cross sections is now output to the console at each simulation time step.

Added Fish Trajectory Output

Fish positions at each simulation time step are now exported to fish_trajectory.csv in the root folder of the calculation project.
If the project is saved in *.ipro format, the file can be accessed by opening the *.ipro file with ZIP extraction software.
The fish trajectory CSV file is structured with time steps in rows. The first column stores the simulation time, while the remaining columns store the alive/dead flag, x-coordinate, and y-coordinate for each fish, repeated for all fish in the simulation.
