Hello, I am trying to use GELATO to simulate the transport of pollutants such as ammonia and nitrate, where the pollutants have a chemical reaction (change into other compounds), can GELATO be used for this case?

Hmm, I’m not sure because I haven’t tried that specific case before.
When pollutants undergo chemical reactions, does that change their transport behavior or total quantity?
If it’s just the transport and dispersion of pollutants by water flow, then I believe GELATO is capable of handling that.
