Following the recent v4.1.0.6955 update, which introduced faster loading for background images (Internet), we have received reports of certain background images, such as OpenStreetMap and Google Maps (Map), not displaying properly (appearing with a gray background).

Regarding Google Maps (Map, Streets, Satellite, etc.)

Depending on your environment, it may take some time for the initial display to appear. Once the checkbox is selected, please wait a moment for the image to load. After it is displayed, the map should load smoothly even when moving the viewing area. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask for your patience during the initial loading.

Regarding OpenStreetMap (https://tile.openstreetmap.org/{z}/{x}/{y}.png)

Currently, we have confirmed that iRIC is unable to retrieve background images from this source. We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly request that you use alternative background images.
