how to download the MeanderJP solver

I need to make a project on meander rivers but I can’t use the JP solver.
Could you explain me how to download this solver and to use it.

You can download the solver from this site https://meanderjpiric.wordpress.com/. Install iric version 2.3 and put the JP solver in the iric installation solver directory

I’m also having trouble finding the MeanderJP package. The WordPress link doesn’t seem to have it, and the dropbox from the youtube IRIC JP Meander doesn’t have it either.
