I have found something that i couldn’t understand so far. So, when i input the geographic data elevation by river survey data, the river elevation shows in black color line. However, after the running process the elevation of the river changes into the red color line. What happened to the geographic data? While i only using the standard solver type. Thank you before.

We know that there exists elevation changes before and after the running calculation even we perform only flow calculation. This is because of an interpolation issue. But, the result you showed seems beyond this issue. Please check that you are visualizing the bed geometry at same cross section. Also, you can upload the iRIC file, then we can see what is going on.
