Nays 2DH uses only low amount of my processor capacity and takes long to finish computation. Is there any way to make the model to utilize more cores and threads of computer processor to make the computation faster.
Nays2DH is parallelized by using OpenMP, so you can use multiple cores for computation. In the calculation condition setting, you will chose “Advanced” for solver type. Then, go to “+Others”. You will find “Number of threads for parallel computation”. Using maximum number of cores in your PC does not promise fastest speed for your case. It will be appropriate number of cores in your test case.
