With the Shelter in Place orders throughout the country, people are starting to get loopy. Just look at the COVO thread…….
Now is a great time to be prospecting for those brown bass! Anybody getting out?
Maryland allows limited fishing as long as it is for sustenance. I got out Sunday and got skunked on sustenance fishing but could not keep 21 brown bass off my crappie and catfish rigs.
River I fished was a beautiful green color. Water temperature had dropped almost ten degrees from mid last week.
Slow plastics picked up the majority of fish. Morning bite was the ole mushy feeling. Afternoon Bites were more like it with definite taps.
Got a few on jerkbaits. The fish were in definite areas of seam water…..
Dropped the rig in the water at 645AM. Pulled chocks at 2:15PM. A very calming and soothing day.
Go get em.
