Dear iRIC expertises
the computation grid and inflow time series are attached, calculation time step 0.1, at first the calculation run properly until 71500 seconds the calculation failure (my time series from 0 to 130000 seconds). in my view because of inflow time series make the calculation failure. it’s correct? please check attached time series in red rectangular line.
As my understanding, if time step larger than grid size the calculation will not start anymore.
those point of view is my understanding but I do not know it is correct or not, iRIC expertise please clarify.
thank you very much

In this case, I think that the minimum water depth of calculation may be causing calculation failure.
If the first discharge in the time series is 0m3/s, the minimum water depth of calculation is also set small.
I suggest that you set the initial discharge to 200m3/s etc.
Or, I suggest the following.
You should find time step that doesn’t fail with 16000m3/s before calculating the time series.
After that, it is better to calculate time series.
Thank you very much for your suggestion
In order to provide more specific help, please provide more context about the calculation failure such as:
What software or tool are you using to perform the calculation?
What type of calculation are you trying to perform?
What steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
With this information, I may be able to provide some suggestions or guidance to help resolve the issue.
