boundary condition in down stream needs data about water level as a fuction of time. how can i do if i dont have that information?, cant i let with out data that boundary condition ? or can i to assign a value like cero or a value close to level from the topography. in others similar software of modeling i just needs define free flow or slope condition and eventualy a hot start running

What kind of calculation are you performing? Bed material load calculation? Flow only? Debris/Mud flow calculation? For the flow only and bed material calculations, normal flow depth can be used, if you don’t have data. For Debris/Mud flow calculation, you don’t need to set the water level data at the downstream boundary.

I am building a bed load modeling, and my ask is: in boundary down stream, the value that I need is the water surface level (wsl) from datum, of my topo data, or simplely water depth in this boundary?. thank you for answer.
