Do you mean you want to install Nays2DFlood? Or installing iRIC?
If you mean that you want to install Nays2DFlood, I assume that when you install iRIC, Nays2DFlood is already installed along with it. (Unless you have changed the configuration)
If you already have iRIC installed but do not have Nays2DFlood installed you can install it using the maintenance tool.
