Inputs – Elevation Data, Inflow Data, Roughness Conditions, Grid (specifying upstream and downstream)
In my case, the solver is finishing the calculation instantaneously without any result as described in screenshot. Could anyone please help or guess where the problem could be.

Check the polygon drawn for inflow condition which should cover at least one grid node.

I suggest trying the following.
If you set “Time unit of discharge” to “second”, you should set “Discharge time series of Inflow setting” to “second”.
